All starting prices are for a single operator (employee
or room) that are being tracked. Please add $250.00 for
each step up in size. The steps are as follows: 1 (single),
3, 7, 15, 21, 30, 50, 75, 100, 150, 300, etc. So, for Essentials
2006 which starts at $399.00, the price would be as follows:
$649.00 for three operators, $899.00 for 7 operators, $1,149.00
for 15 operators, etc.
ProSolutions, Inc. Hardware/Software Return Policy
Software purchased from ProSolutions Software, Inc. may
be unconditionally returned to ProSolutions Software,
Inc. within 30 days.
Hardware purchased from ProSolutions Software, Inc. may
be returned within thirty (30) days of shipping date for
a full refund or exchange and has the following conditions.
1. Should hardware be found to be damaged.
2. Incorrect size or color incorrect port specification
3. Hardware will not be accepted if not in ORIGINAL PACKAGING!
4. Must have all manuals, cables, original documentation
etc.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to open and
inspect all hardware deliveries within thirty (30) day
period.
Eligibility for a refund or exchange is limited to any
product incurring damage during shipping or having been
found to be of an incorrect size or color or incorrect
port specification
A restocking fee of 10% will apply.
Hardware that is returned without authorization or an
RMA number will be refused. Shipping charges will not
be re-imbursed. All hardware must be returned to the original
vendor with RMA number. Shipping address and RMA will
be given to you by ProSolutions Software, Inc.
