Technical Support during the hours of 9:00am to 9:00pm Eastern
Time is free of charge for those on the subscription plan
of $39.00 per month. THIS IS NOT A SUPPORT CONTRACT and
the subscription plan covers much more than Tech Support,
however, if you are on the subscription plan there is no
charge for calls placed during those hours.

Technical support via e-mail is always FREE OF CHARGE send
to: support@prosolutionssoftware.com All questions are answered
within 2 business days - (usually there is same day response)
Please be specific and explain the technical problem
in detail for quickest response.
Include in Subject line - *** account number ***
and ***company name***
Provide telephone number in the body of the e-mail
Please one question only per e-mail - you may send
multiple e-mails if necessary
"LIVE" TELEPHONE SUPPORT:
Normal Business Hours are 10:00am to 8:00pm Monday through
Friday, (Eastern Time Zone.)
Normal Business Hours "LIVE' Telephone Support fees
are free with subscription or $25 per 15 minutes for clients
who are grandfathered in (only applies to prior clients
existing with us since 2005 or earlier that have decided
against the subscription.)
Tech support (24 x 7) AFTER HOURS Support fees are - $50
per 15 minutes regardless of your subscription or support
contract status.

All Technical Support fees are automatically
billed to your credit card on file - we do not invoice for
tech support.
